This talk will cover some of the basic concepts of growing good seeds with an emphasis on the possibilities for you to help determine the flavor, color, or shape of fruit, as well as improving the plant stature, cold hardiness, heat and drought tolerance. Doing this work with the reality of climate change will also be considered. Considerations of growing seed for your own farming operation or as a business opportunity will also be discussed.
